Pulin Desai, product marketing director for vision DSPs at Cadence, demonstrates the company's latest embedded vision technologies and products at the May 2016 Embedded Vision Summit. Specifically, Desai demonstrates fog reduction algorithms, showing a fog-clouded image on one screen and the fog-cleared image on another screen, after processing the photograph through a Tensilica Vision DSP. He also talks about the just-announced Vision P6 DSP that is designed for CNN processing.
