Durga Peddireddy, Director of Product Management at FotoNation, demonstrates the company's latest embedded vision technologies and products at the January 2017 Consumer Electronics Show. Specifically, Peddireddy demonstrates the company’s biometric solutions: facial and iris recognition technologies. FotoNation’s biometrics solutions can operate in a very small footprint, requiring less memory and power consumption, to provide fast, accurate authentication using only a single processor core @ 1 GHz. Combining both the facial and iris recognition technologies enables one in one billion FAR accuracy.
