Taro Murai, Strategy and Business Development representative at Kudan, delivers a product demonstration at the December 2019 Vision Industry and Technology Forum. Specifically, Murai demonstrates Kudan’s accurate and robust localization and mapping software with LiDAR.
Kudan offers both visual and LiDAR-based localization and mapping, and can combine both technologies. The company’s proprietary robust and accurate approach significantly compresses map size and reduces drift and blur at high speed. Kudan’s software can run on a general-purpose multi-core CPU without any GPU or accelerator, as well as being sped up by either or both of these.
