This year’s focus: AI-Driven Vision: Shaping the Future of Smart Imaging.
Munich – June 17th 2025 – The imaging community has a new flagship event that offers vision experts exclusive insights into the latest developments: On September 18, FRAMOS will host ImagingNext, a two-day conference in Munich’s Bogenhausen district at Smartvillage. This year’s conference will focus on artificial intelligence under the theme AI-Driven Vision: Shaping the Future of Smart Imaging. ImagingNext is aimed at experts in the fields of imaging systems, embedded vision, and camera system integration, as well as AI vision researchers from industry and academia.
The conference will explore the latest developments in imaging technology. Over 20 experts will speak on AI vision topics, providing practical insights into their work. Speakers at ImagingNext include Dr. Ing. Moritz Roidl, Chief Engineer at the Chair of Materials Handling and Warehousing at TU Dortmund University, who will speak on “AI Imaging for Autonomous Mobile Robots.” Christoph Bosch, CTO of Prophesee, will also speak on “Event-based vision for drone navigation, detection, and cUAS.” Other confirmed speakers include Jan Matthias Lüttgens, Principal Imaging Engineer at Muybridge, and Carlos Gonzalez Mancebo, Head of Partnerships and Developer Experience at Toradex.
The gathering is set to become a fixture in the calendars of all key vision industry experts. Tickets for the event are available on the FRAMOS website and can be purchased at a discounted rate for a limited time.
“ImagingNext is where the embedded vision community comes together to push boundaries: from image sensors and optics to AI at the edge. Our aim is to grow it into the key event for those building the future of vision technology. This is just the beginning,” says Maja Kokolari, Marketing Director at FRAMOS.
