Stewart Christie on Learning AI

This video was originally published at Intel’s YouTube channel. It is reprinted here with the permission of Intel.

In this episode, Stephanie Essin interviews Stewart Christie. He is an AI and IoT Evangelist at Intel who creates online developer courses (which you can go and take for free right now!). Outside of this, he also is a faculty member for Intel’s AI for Workforce. This program prepares students with skills in AI. Intel provides AI content, professional training for school faculty, and implementation guidance to community colleges. The colleges use the resources to create AI certificates, augment existing courses, or launch full AI associate degree programs for their students.

Stewart also shows off “Bad Hair Barbie”, a robot him and his students made, as well as some cool demos at a recent AI for Workforce opening event in Arizona. You’ll also learn about OpenVINO integration with TensorFlow v2.0, some new features on the Intel DevCloud for the Edge, and the OpenVINO Execution Provider for ONNX Runtime v4.0 release.
